STEPHEN HOWARD IS A LEADERSHIP EXPERT, ESPN COLLEGE BASKETBALL ANALYST, FORMER NBA PLAYER AND COLLEGIATE ALL-AMERICAN.

At DePaul University, Stephen was the first and last member of the men’s basketball team to be named First Team Academic All-American and as a senior earned the prestigious Anson Mount Scholar Athlete Award which is given annually to the nations premier scholar-athlete. Stephen played four years in the NBA for the Seattle Supersonics, San Antonio Spurs and the Utah Jazz, including the 1996-1997 Jazz team that went to the NBA Finals against Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

After the NBA, Stephen lived in 12 different countries including France, Spain, China, and Israel immersing himself in the unique cultures of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He then joined ESPN as a college basketball analyst and FOX Sports as the studio analyst for the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder and New Orleans Pelicans.

Having spent all of his adult life participating, watching, and studying leadership at the highest level, Stephen founded the Leadership Syndicate™, an organization dedicated to elite leadership mastery, empowering communities, and the importance of leaving a legacy. He has a master’s in Organizational Leadership and speaks to adults and youth around the globe about channeling their inner leader, setting their minds on success, the lessons that come from overcoming adversity, and the importance of intentionality as they venture out to set and achieve goals.
